4. Payments & Fees

All procurement and service fees are subject to agreement between ZMIB and the client. We utilize secure payment methods but are not liable for errors caused by third-party financial institutions.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZMIB acts as a bridge between international clients and Chinese suppliers. While we vet all partners, we are not liable for manufacturing defects or shipping delays caused by external logistics factors.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Zhenjiang, Jiangsu.
